Amina Ferati is the President of International Advisory, Products and Systems (i-APS), a woman-owned small business (certified 8(a) and EDWOSB) that leverages global expertise and local presence to drive positive change for organizations and communities.
With a background in law and public policy, Amina has over a decade of experience leading program strategy and institutional growth for humanitarian and development partners. At i-APS, Amina oversees the long-term sustainability of i-APS global work. She also serves as a technical director and quality assurance advisor on i-APS contracts with United Nations, WFP and UNICEF.
Amina holds a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Chemistry from East Carolina University, as well as a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. She is a registered member of the Haliwa Saponi Tribe of North Carolina and a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Combining her passion for equity with social entrepreneurship, Amina works to advance community and population health and economic livelihoods through training, capacity building, relief, and development programming. Amina has extensive experience addressing global health, sexual and reproductive health, and gender-based violence.
Prior to i-APS, Amina led federal policy and government relations for the Asian &amp; Pacific Islander American Health Forum and served as a director for the VENG Group, a government relations firm in Washington, DC. María is the Global Director of International Operation and Country Manager and Representative of i-APS in Colombia. With a BA in Political Science and a MA in Social Development from the University of Sussex, she has served as a project manager for capacity building, training, monitoring and evaluation, research and TPM activities for USAID BHA activity. Maria has managed over 22 projects/contracts and a team over 49 experts and currently leading an impact evaluation activity for USAID BHA in Honduras. Maria is overseeing work and project management unit across 11 work locations/countries and 3 project locatoins, including Cambodia, Uganda and Honduras. In Colombia, Maria has extensive experience helping national organizations to design and implementing poverty eradication projects in the areas of community leadership empowerment, land use planning and community ecotourism.

Viviana Nassar is a seasoned financial expert with over a decade of experience in diverse sectors, including USAID funded projects. Her strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, auditing, and project management is complemented by a deep understanding of both public and private finance. Her work with USAID on large-scale infrastructure projects highlights her ability to manage complex USAID, UN and other donor and client funded work/financial and admin operations. Viviana's academic credentials, coupled with her practical experience, position her as a strategic leader in financial management.

Tom Muga is a seasoned international development and humanitarian leader with over 25 years of experience leading complex, donor-funded programs in some of the world's most challenging environments, including the East, West, and Horn of Africa, the MENA region, and Afghanistan.

In his role as a MERL and TPM Technical Expert at i-APS, Tom is a key driver of the company's growth not only for i-APS Kenya, but also regionally and globally. He spearheads program development efforts, from opportunity identification to proposal writing, and is instrumental in cultivating strategic donor relationships.

With a decade of hands-on experience in Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) and Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Learning (MERL), Tom has a proven track record as a director and senior technical lead. He has managed multi-million-dollar contracts, overseeing teams of up to 70 staff and more than 2,600 verification activities. His work has been critical in providing adaptive programming support for sectors such as education, health, nutrition, and livelihoods, working within the frameworks of major donors like the World Bank and the UN.

Tom is an expert in program design, operational management, and capacity building. He leverages digital tools for data collection and visualization, ensuring the delivery of credible, actionable evidence that empowers decision-makers in high-threat environments.

Dr. Nadiia Zubchenko is a legal and governance expert with over a decade of experience in international law, human rights, and institutional reform. As Country Manager for i-APS Ukraine, she leads cross-sectoral initiatives at the intersection of legal compliance, policy development, and data-driven social research. Nadiia brings a unique blend of field-based project management and high-level legal expertise, having worked extensively with international donors, Ukrainian ministries, and civil society.&nbsp;
 Her legal background is rooted in international law and regulatory advisory, focusing on deinstitutionalization, legal capacity, decision-making rights of persons with disabilities, public procurement, government transparency, and digitalization of public authorities. She has advised ministries, international organizations, and non-profits on aligning national systems with international legal standards and good governance principles.

Nadiia is also a licensed advocate, business development advisor for several commercial enterprises, and legal consultant for NGOs and consular institutions. She is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Regional Bar Council, where she provides expertise on the development of legal scholarship. She has a long-standing record of building strategic legal partnerships, drafting legislation, and training stakeholders on legal empowerment and regulatory compliance.

Carrie Hasselback is an analytical professional with over 20 years of experience in international development, humanitarian affairs, and stabilization. Her background straddles technical roles in monitoring and evaluation with program management roles, focusing on leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance program impact. She brings over fifteen years of leadership experience managing multi-million-dollar foreign assistance projects in complex humanitarian, emergency response, and recovery settings. Most recently, Carrie served as the Senior Director for the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Practice Area with Dexis Consulting Group where she oversaw the full cycle of USAID-funded projects from proposal development, to implementation, to close-out, including providing strategic direction and management for MEL platform contracts.

Carrie has also served in roles with the International Medical Corps, Alight (American Refugee Committee), FHI 360, and DAI supporting technical oversight on diverse portfolios funded by USAID, UNHCR, UNICEF, UNDP, WFP, and World Bank, among others.

With nearly a decade of experience overseas, and more than five years of experience in non-permissive environments, her work is informed by insights into the complexities of field operations and MEL technical challenges. As a seasoned MEL professional, she excels in building consensus, thinking strategically, establishing goals and objectives, and providing technical assistance and support with a lens on long range planning. Currently located in Washington, DC, Carrie brings field experience in Liberia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Haiti, Malawi, Mozambique, Jordan, and Kenya. She received her MPA from New York University and BA from Michigan State University.

As a MERL Specialist at i-APS Global, Carrie provides comprehensive technical support and guidance to evaluation teams, research, and technical projects, contributing to the design and refinement of MERL methodologies, including third-party monitoring, evaluation approaches, and M&amp;E frameworks. She offers technical mentoring to staff, partners, and clients, supports the development of MERL initiatives and training, and conducts rigorous quality assurance reviews of project deliverables to ensure adherence to client requirements and best practices. Additionally, Carrie actively supports business development efforts by identifying opportunities and providing technical expertise for high-quality proposal development, leveraging her skills to enhance i-APS's MERL capabilities and outreach.

Dr. Jisha is the Data Analysis Unit Manager and Technical Expert at i-APS, where she oversees a team of data analysts and scientists and is responsible for providing technical expertise in the design, implementation, and reporting phase of the projects.
Prior to joining i-APS, she has contributed to multifaceted research projects, developing strategic approaches, new research methodologies, tools, and data analysis plans backed by evidence-informed analysis, and delivered actionable insights to clients like UNFAO, UNDP, ADB, BBC MA, UNICEF, and Danish Refugee Council (DRC). She has also initiated flagship international fellowship programs in the past in conflict-affected countries. Her track record of success of working for Baseline, Post Distribution and End line Studies, and Value Chain Assessments in agriculture and food security, response to disasters and recovery, and sustainable livelihood closely aligns with the strategic focus areas and values of i-APS.
She was a recipient of the Indian Council of Social Science Research’s (ICSSR) Centrally Administered Doctoral Fellowship from 2018 to 2020. Extensive research in cultural economics and sustainable livelihoods has expanded her horizons in the said fields and has also facilitated her understanding of the limitations and restrictions faced while conducting primary research in these two fields. Publishing papers in SCOPUS-indexed and WoS-indexed journals, mainly on aspects of sustainable livelihood, has boosted her confidence and enhanced her research skills, which she is putting to practical use. In addition, in her spare time, Jisha loves to travel, read, play basketball, and is a theatre enthusiast.

İlkiz holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering. Her professional journey began with work on environmental legislation, leading to a distinguished career in international development. With nearly 20 years of experience, İlkiz is the Business Development Manager at i-APS. In this role, she manages the entire workflow process and teams, conducting feasibility analyses to identify viable projects and engaging in technical design to implement cost-saving solutions. İlkiz spearheads the entire project proposal process for i-APS Global and its field offices and affiliates, from researching and analyzing requests for proposals to shortlisting opportunities, establishing tracking systems, creating proposal templates, and preparing comprehensive submission packages. Her responsibilities encompass strategy facilitation, cost-saving discussions, and human resources management for proposals. Notably, İlkiz serves as a primary point of contact for several IDIQ and Long-Term Agreements with key UN agencies, including UNICEF, UNHCR, WFP, and OCHA.

Prior to joining i-APS, İlkiz was a Business Development Manager at DAI, a global development company. During her four-year tenure, she led and supported the business development process for numerous UN and EU-funded projects and programs in areas such as M&amp;E, humanitarian work, governance, and broader development. This experience cultivated her strong expertise in both humanitarian and development settings, as well as in sectors like education, employment, migration, food security, and health.

Earlier in her career, İlkiz served as a Business Development Specialist at Çınar Engineering, a prominent environmental consultancy in Türkiye, where she focused on proposal preparation. She also contributed to the implementation of projects related to river basin management, water treatment, and water quality, among other initiatives.

İlkiz's diverse professional background includes roles as a Chemical Engineer, Corporate Relations Specialist, Infrastructure Enterprises Assistant Manager, Public Relations Associate, and Sales Engineer across various industries. These experiences have provided her with valuable and multifaceted skills and knowledge in environmental engineering, water quality, wastewater treatment plants, chemical engineering, medical practice, and public relations.

Kelsey Crow is a public health expert specializing in primary health care, social and behavior change, qualitative research, and health communication. She supports i-APS clients with project management and technical expertise for third-party monitoring activities, such as the UNICEF-funded Third-Party Monitoring of the Localities at Risk of Famine in Sudan.

Most recently, she worked at USAID's Bureau of Global Health on Primary Impact, a primary health care-oriented accelerator under Assistant Administrator Atul Gawande, and on social and behavior change approaches for HIV programs. Previously, she was on a qualitative study of trans and non-binary people's experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic in Baltimore. She has also worked in U.S. domestic communication and advocacy roles at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, for minority health and civil rights non-profit clients, and for Members of the U.S. Congress.

Kelsey completed a master's degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Health Education and Health Communication, with a focus on global health and qualitative research.

Dr. Mohamed Salih is the Country Manager for i-APS Sudan and Project Manager, where he plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, project management activities, and ensuring contract compliance. A medical doctor with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, he leverages his years of experience in the humanitarian and health sectors to drive organizational success.&nbsp;

In his capacity as Country Manager, Dr. Salih oversees the development of comprehensive project plans, manages teams of over 220 professionals in Sudan, and ensures the timely and accurate delivery of objectives. He supports strategic planning by conducting program portfolio analyses, preparing area-level budgets, and ensuring transparent budget management.

Prior to i-APS Sudan, he held senior positions at Medical Teams International, focusing on primary healthcare, reproductive health, and community health interventions. Dr. Salih is dedicated to fostering stakeholder relationships, enhancing organizational visibility, and overseeing the development of training and capacity-building agendas for staff.

Dr. Fatima Saad Elawad is the Operations &amp; Logistic Manager at i-APS Sudan. In this dynamic role, she is responsible for overseeing and optimizing operations and logistics across all 18 states of Sudan. Her core functions include managing security measures, planning operational strategies, implementing monitoring systems, and directing field work and operations for all projects.&nbsp;

Dr. Saad is a key leader in field team development, driving the recruitment and supervision of all 18 state field coordinators and streamlining the workflow process to provide these coordinators with the tools necessary to effectively recruit, train, and manage field monitors and national experts at the state level. She excels at managing complex operational challenges, overseeing security, transportation, planning, and the 24/7 operations call center to ensure smooth and efficient operations. To maintain high performance, she delivers regular training to staff, promoting best practices in management.

Her previous experience as a Senior Sexual &amp; Reproductive Health Officer and Health Officer at Medical Teams International equipped her with strong problem-solving and logistical skills in demanding environments. Dr. Saad holds a Bachelor's degree in Medicine &amp; Surgery from Al Neelain University and is licensed as a Medical Doctor by the Sudan Medical Counsel.

Currently, she works as a Data Scientist at i-APS, where she provides technical support in data storage, mining, and cleansing, develops analysis and visualization tools, and designs models to assess the performance of various activities. His work also includes over 14 TPM assignments for the OCHA Yemen Fund, 6 assignments for the UNDP Syria TPM project, and ongoing support for national-level UNICEF Sudan TPM projects. Agron Ferati is a highly accomplished international relief and development professional with a distinguished career spanning over 17 years. Anny Antunovic is a data scientist at i-APS with a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence. She specializes in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights using Python, SQL, and Power BI. With experience in astrophysics research and collaborations with NASA, she brings a unique analytical mindset to problem-solving. She holds an M.S. in Astrophysics &amp; Cosmology from the University of Padua and a B.S. in Physics from California State University, Fullerton.

Mohanned Abdalla is a results-driven Medical Doctor and Project Manager with extensive experience leading high-impact health and humanitarian initiatives in complex environments. He excels at strategic planning, resource management, and stakeholder coordination, with a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects that drive sustainable development. His work with i-APS Sudan focuses on health services and systems monitoring and performance monitoring. One of the focus activities includes addressing famine focuses on understanding its complex causes, identifying effective prevention strategies, and improving responses to food crises.
His career combines clinical practice as a Medical Doctor and Assistant Medical Director with key leadership roles in a national sustainable development organization. As a Project Manager and Vice President, he has overseen large-scale emergency responses across multiple states, benefiting tens of thousands of individuals by managing field clinics in conflict zones and leading initiatives focused on WASH and nutrition. Mohanned has direct experience managing cholera and COVID-19 isolation centers, coordinating with bodies like the WHO and UNICEF, and is a certified trainer with the Sudanese Red Crescent Society.
Mohanned holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and a Diploma in Medical Education. His medical expertise is enhanced by numerous certifications from WHO, UNICEF, and Save the Children in critical areas such as Case Management in Outbreaks, Nutrition in Emergencies, M&amp;E, and Agile Project Management. Her career includes pivotal roles as an HR Consultant for a leading international NGO and a multifaceted HR and HSE Officer for a national solutions company. Nataly is a UX/UI designer with years of experience in crafting innovative and effective digital solutions. With a background in Interactive Media Design, she has been involved in multiple stages of the design process, gaining expertise in User Research, Design Thinking, Wireframing, Low and High-Fidelity Prototyping, and the development of Design Systems and UI Guidelines.
At i-APS, Nataly contributes to the design of KAPtech Group products, focusing on web interfaces and the development of new features. A notable example of her work is the complete redesign of KAPorg, where she enhanced usability and refined the platform's visual identity. In addition, she plays a key role in shaping the visual communication and branding strategy for both these products and i-APS, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence across different platforms and materials.

Clara possesses a unique background that blends program management with research expertise. With over a decade of experience in diverse contexts, she has managed large-scale country programs, UN multi-agency projects, and multi-country projects for organizations like the United Nations and international NGOs. Her work has spanned various countries, including Syria, Egypt, Indonesia, Liberia, Italy, Jordan, and Uganda.

Clara holds a Master of Arts in Human Rights from the University of Essex and a postgraduate diploma in Public Health, underscoring her commitment to access to healthcare, including mental health, for vulnerable populations. Her research experience encompasses quality and human rights assessments of mental health programs and health and social services for people with disabilities.

Currently, Clara serves as a Country Director for i-APS in Syria, where she also acts as a focal point for all capacity building, training, third party monitoring and evaluation activities. Her responsibilities include country management and technical areas such as public health, gender, and food security initiatives, with a particular focus on vulnerable groups. Her extensive experience provides her with valuable insights into the challenges these populations face, and the strategies needed to address them effectively. Clara is managing number of projects and contracts including long term agreements including UNDP, UNFPA and FAO in Syria.

Sheheryar Haq is certified in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&amp;E) and Project Management (Prince 2) with vast experience in M&amp;E and Programme/Project management, spread in-between governmental, humanitarian, and private sectors (Financial) – in various local, international, and cross-border situations. While managing complex programs; collaborating with donors (DFID, GIZ, SDC, CDCS, BPRM, BHA, EU, EUD, ECHO, UN OCHA, GFFO, USAID and USAID BHA), and dealing with local or international implementing partners. He has a Master’s degree in MIS from the business school of the University of Surrey (UK), Natural Computation (AI) from the University of York (UK), and BS-IT degree from Pakistan. He has been in a key leadership role in overseeing Humanitarian and Development research-data systems, Livelihood programs, and Health (with MHPSS) projects, implemented in multiple countries (Turkey, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan). In addition to managing over 150 project third party monitoring and evaluations with i-APS, he has established M&amp;E (frameworks, designing and enforcing SOPs) and MIS systems for multiple I/NGOs. Furthermore, he has conducted various advance technical and crosscutting studies, such as regional value chain Analysis (Olive oil, Dairy products, agricultural products, and Livestock), country-wide market and labour assessment, data-science-driven regional project-development system, and technical studies on empowerment of marginalized communities through various thematics (Gender, Governance, and Environment). Within i-APS, Sheheryar is a Director of Third Party Monitoring and Learning activities. Sheheryar is also a Manager of Technical Unit and manages the team of over 39 subject matter experst.&nbsp;

Yaser is an accomplished Project Manager with a demonstrated track record of leading complex programs and projects that drive organizational transformation and growth in the field of Agriculture and Livelihoods. Yaser has over 10 years of progressive experience in project management, spanning multiple functional areas, and working in highly complex environments. With a deep understanding of TPM, capacity building and monitoring and evaluation, participatory data collection techniques, team cohesion, and strategic coordination, Yaser has led over 30 activities for i-APS and continuously identifies opportunities for growth and improvement within the project setting. He brings forth excellent skills in team building, communication, capacity development, and inter-department and client relation management. Yaser has extensive experience managing multiple projects in the MENA region in the field of agriculture and rural development. He has managed projects with i-APS funded by a mix of technical and management leadership and organization.&nbsp;

She has more than 15 Years working with NGO, where she worked in different role such as Finance officer/Manager/Admin Manager/HR Management providing support in finance, HR, logistics, procurement, administration and compliance departments for international NGOs such as Intermon Oxfam and International Medical Corps.She has a Bachelor degree in Management and Business Administration. She is currently working with i-APS as Finance Admin Officer for i-APS Global, providing support in administration in different countries delivering training and mentor staff members and consultants on approved organizational policies and procedures related to finance and administration, reviewing monthly financial reporting, checking validity of supporting documents, reviewing of cash request and Cash distribution, allocation and clearing of advances (identify discrepancies, propose changes, work to complete proper documentation),reviewing approved timesheets before salaries payment. She is also in charge of compliance, performing vetting and re-vetting of all i-APS staff members and affiliate staff members.&nbsp;

Azam Hadi is a certified pharmacist with a degree from Damascus University and extensive experience in operations, field management, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), data analysis, and information management. He has over eight years of experience managing field operations, training, quality assurance, information management, and MEAL activities for local and international humanitarian organizations, including RI and ECU.
Mr. Hadi has managed field operations for over 545 third-party monitoring (TPM) data collections for i-APS in Syria, including for clients such as UNOCHA, UNFPA, UNDP, Global Communities, ACTED, CARE, and Save the Children. He currently manages 6 teams across Syria, totaling 179 individuals.
Mr. Hadi has experience working with the following Clusters: Protection, CCCM, Health, Food Security, WASH, Shelter, Education, and Childhood Development.

Ms. Tamer holds a Diploma in Tourism Sciences from Damascus University and a diploma in Business Administration.
With over 10 years of experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation, operations, and third-party monitoring business development, Ms. Tamer has a proven track record of success in Syria. For the past 4 years, Ms. Tamer has implemented and managed activities for i-APS in Syria, demonstrating her ability to find technically oriented solutions and drive organizational learning and development. A skilled communicator and coordinator, Ms. Tamer excels at organizing, delivering training, planning, and supporting teams to implement project activities and create change.

As a Third-Party Monitoring Coordinator and Capacity Development Officer for i-APS in Syria, Ms. Tamer manages projects out of Damascus funded by FAO, UNDP, IFRC, NRC and World Vision across diverse sectors, including health, agriculture, livelihoods, education, and protection. Ms. Tamer responsibilities encompass field coordination, client management, training and capacity development, quality assurance, and overseeing the analysis and reporting functions.

Federico has dual degrees in Political Science and Anthropology from Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia, and diplomas in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Indicators from top institutions. He drives social impact through innovative strategies. During his career, Federico has led projects in sustainable finance, social innovation, and climate change, collaborating with key international stakeholders such as USAID, Ashoka, and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. He has designed methodologies, developed indicators, and shaped knowledge management strategies for international cooperation agencies. As an Operations Officer at i-APS, Federico oversees operations in conflict environments such as Sudan, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. He also spearheads outreach efforts for KAPtech, advancing i-APS’s technology platforms through strategic marketing, stakeholder engagement, and targeted training initiatives to drive data-informed decision-making.

Monzer Yousif is an experienced Senior Accountant and Finance &amp; Administration Officer with a proven track record of advancing through progressively responsible roles. He excels in financial management, reporting, and operational efficiency, with specialized expertise in non-profit accounting and compliance.
His career spans diverse sectors, including roles at a non-profit organization, a leading integrated solutions company, a commercial enterprise, the national central bank, and a professional auditing firm. Monzer has comprehensive experience managing daily financial transactions, preparing financial reports in compliance with international standards, and conducting internal audits. He is highly proficient with multiple ERP systems (including Odoo, SAP, and Oracle) and possesses advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. In his administrative capacity, Monzer has expertly coordinated procurement, managed logistics, and ensured seamless financial flows between departments.
Monzer holds an honors degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Khartoum and is actively enhancing his expertise by preparing for the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification. Aboubacar is a seasoned international development expert with a strong background in community resilience, peacebuilding, and consolidation projects. He holds a Master's degree in Anthropology from Bamako University of Legal and Political Sciences and has over 12 years of professional experience in governance, security, and development policy analysis in Mali.
As a Field Manager and Deputy Coordinator, Aboubacar has played a key role in planning, developing strategies, and evaluating peace and stabilization processes in crisis-affected contexts. His expertise in technical mediation has been instrumental in fostering constructive dialogue and building trust among stakeholders.
In his current role as Country Representative and Country-in-Charge for i-APS Mali, Aboubacar is responsible for leading the team, ensuring the quality of program design and development, and representing i-APS in the country. His experience and skills make him well-suited to drive i-APS's peacebuilding and development initiatives in Mali.

Samir is a seasoned development professional specializing in food security, agriculture, training, and capacity development. As the Country Representative for i-APS in Sudan, he brings extensive experience in applying quantitative methods to inform evidence-based decision-making, with a primary focus on program development and representation activities.
Prior to joining i-APS, Samir served as a lecturer at the Faculty of Agricultural Studies at Sudan University of Science &amp; Technology and as an economic and business advisor in the private sector. He holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Agricultural Economics and is currently finalizing a Ph.D. in Germany.
Samir's expertise includes developing practical training materials and learning products in the agricultural and livelihoods sector. At i-APS, he has successfully expanded the organization's operations in Sudan. His strong leadership skills and technical expertise are invaluable assets to i-APS's work in Sudan, particularly in program development, research, and capacity development efforts.

At i-APS, Humam-ud-Din Ajiz leverages his extensive experience to support administration &amp; operations, third-party monitoring, private sector engagement, and economic development initiatives. His work ensures that humanitarian and development programs in Afghanistan are impactful, sustainable, and inclusive, particularly.

He has played a vital role in fostering economic growth in Afghanistan for over a decade through his work in investment promotion, trade facilitation, private sector development, and exhibition management.

He has worked extensively with government agencies, international organizations, and private sector stakeholders to attract investments, promote local industries, and facilitate global trade connections. His expertise spans economic development, humanitarian initiatives, and advocacy for women's economic empowerment. He has been instrumental in fostering private sector growth, facilitating global trade, and ensuring the meaningful participation of Afghan businesses in international markets.

During his tenure at the Ministry of Industry &amp; Commerce (MoIC) Afghanistan, he served as Director of the International Trade Support Project and Exhibitions Manager. In these roles, he successfully led national and international exhibitions, investment conferences, and business matchmaking events (B2B, B2C, B2G). His contributions include spearheading Afghanistan’s participation in Expo 2020 Dubai and supporting export promotion efforts. Previously, he worked at AISA (Afghanistan Investment Support Agency) in investment promotion, investment support, and events management, assisting businesses in navigating regulatory processes and expanding into new markets. He is also the founder of BEHSAZ Pharma, a pharmaceutical production company, BEHSAZ Pharma.

A strong advocate for women’s economic empowerment, Humam has organized specialized exhibitions to promote women entrepreneurs and facilitated their participation in international trade fairs. His efforts have helped Afghan women-owned businesses expand their reach, enhance visibility, and connect with international markets. In addition to his work in economic development, Humam has provided interpretation services from Pashto, Dari, and Urdu to English, facilitating communication in critical sectors such as social services, healthcare, education, immigration, and asylum cases. His linguistic expertise has been invaluable in bridging language barriers and supporting humanitarian efforts.

Humam holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Gandhara University and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in International Cooperation &amp; Humanitarian Aid from KALU University.

With over 7 years of experience in data management, research and third-party monitoring in the humanitarian sector, and with his established background in technology and in experience in teaching (over 10 years), Najdat holds a bachelor’s degree in literacy and education. Najdat has become a lead Arabic language qualitative data review including translation, senior data analyst and data quality assurance, and a trainer for all i-APS Global operations on Data Management, Design, Analysis and Visualization. Najdat is providing project management and technical support to a number of ongoing projects in Turkey, Sudan, Yemen and Afghanistan. Najdat is part of the i-APS Global technical unit and serves as a connection between the Data Analysis Unit and Technical Unit.

Ahlam serves as the Programs and Data Quality Manager at i-APS Yemen, where her responsibilities include preparing and reviewing manuals, supporting proposal writing and reporting, and ensuring data quality.&nbsp;

Her 7 years of experience with NGOs in humanitarian activities are complemented by her background in English Education from Yemen. While pursuing her degree, Ahlam worked as an M&amp;E Assistant and then a Program Assistant within the MEAL Unit, gaining experience in project progress tracking and documentation using TPMready.com platfrom. A key strength is her expertise as a trainer and capacity building specialist, having successfully trained more than 100 people in proposal writing and project management. She is also proficient in training others on the use of KAPsurvey and KAPorg technologies.

Azza is an economist with years of professional experience in different backgrounds, starting with banking handling customer services and banking daily operations, going through supply chain and project management coordination such as agriculture and livestock projects. She is an honors degree holder in Economic and economic development from university of Khartoum and obtained a higher diploma in political science majored in international relations. Azza manages the administration and finance department for i-APS Sudan, in this role Azza is responsible for managerial as well as budgeting and financial reporting and planning for i-APS Sudan. She liaises on financial affairs with internal auditors and banks in Sudan. Whether it is managing budgets, improving processes, or coordinating complex initiatives, Azza is keen and eager about obtaining knowledge, she is always passionate about utilizing skills to help firms and organizations achieve their goals&nbsp;

Nada Elbeely works for i-APS Sudan as Data Analyst. She is responsible for data design, data quality assurance and process management, data cleaning, processing, and analyzing data and transforming it into meaningful insights to enhance the decision-making process and solve specific problems. She is also responsible for the data collection process, managing fieldwork, and providing training on a variety of data collection software. Prior to joining i-APS Sudan, she had held positions in research and development and business analysis with well-known companies in Sudan. She is a certified KPI Professional and possesses a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.&nbsp;

Al-Hassan comes from an administrative background and holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration. He has over 6 years of experience in the administrative field and data analysis. He has worked on over 11 UNICEF and NGO funded projects implemented by i-APS in Yemen, after which he was promoted in the position of an M &amp; E officer. Among the most important responsibilities that Al-Hassan assumed in his career were data design, data process flow management, analyzing and cleaning data and ensuring its quality, designing field forms on KAPsurvey and KOBO and ensuring their suitability for field work, training the field team and ensuring full understanding of the project’s objectives. He is currently working as Data Analysis Officer for i-APS for a number of projects, including the projects of OCHA, UNICEF, CARE and ADRA, and many other projects.&nbsp;
