Kirleen Athiambo is a MERL Technical Specialist at i-APS with 15+ years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL). She currently leads the technical architecture for multiple global initiative and provides high-level Quality Assurance for research and TPM portfolios in high-stakes environments. A specialist in digital tool development such as KAPsurvey.com, KAPinsights.com and technical analysis and writing, Kirleen combines field-tested rigor with strategic leadership to drive impactful results across the humanitarian sector. 

With a career defined by resilience and technical precision, Kirleen provides high-level Team Leadership, Quality Assurance (QA) and leadership for global portfolios in high-stakes environments, including Sudan, Afghanistan, and Somalia. Her expertise spans diverse sectors such as Health, Nutrition, Gender (GYSD), and Food Security. Beyond her technical role, Kirleen is a strategic driver of organizational growth, leading proposal development and authoring technical volumes for competitive global bids.
