Country Manager, i-APS Sudan

Dr. Mohamed Salih is the Country Manager for i-APS Sudan and Project Manager, where he plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, project management activities, and ensuring contract compliance. A medical doctor with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, he leverages his years of experience in the humanitarian and health sectors to drive organizational success. 

In his capacity as Country Manager, Dr. Salih oversees the development of comprehensive project plans, manages teams of over 220 professionals in Sudan, and ensures the timely and accurate delivery of objectives. He supports strategic planning by conducting program portfolio analyses, preparing area-level budgets, and ensuring transparent budget management.

Prior to i-APS Sudan, he held senior positions at Medical Teams International, focusing on primary healthcare, reproductive health, and community health interventions. Dr. Salih is dedicated to fostering stakeholder relationships, enhancing organizational visibility, and overseeing the development of training and capacity-building agendas for staff.
