Dr. Mohamed Salih is the Country Manager for i-APS Sudan, where he leads strategic planning, project execution, and contract compliance in one of the world's most complex humanitarian environments. A medical doctor by training with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, Dr. Salih applies clinical rigor to the management of large-scale humanitarian and health portfolios.

He currently oversees a massive operational footprint, managing over 45 technical and administrative professionals and a network of 220 state-based personnel, including health extenders, social workers, and Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) specialists. Dr. Salih is the lead project manager for the World Bank-funded SHARE project, ensuring that critical objectives are delivered with transparency and accuracy. His expertise in program portfolio analysis and area-level budget management ensures that i-APS remains a reliable partner for international donors. Prior to joining i-APS, he held senior leadership roles at Medical Teams International, specializing in primary healthcare and community health interventions.
