Chiara Carli

Regional Program Manager

Chiara is a seasoned humanitarian and development professional with 18 years of experience working in South East Asia (Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Afghanistan, and Italy). She holds a Master of Science in Management of Rural Development from SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies) at the University of London.

Chiara has a proven track record in coordination and management, having worked with International NGOs, UN agencies, governments, and local associations. Her experience spans a wide range of programs funded by various donors, allowing her to develop a comprehensive understanding of program development and implementation.

Her technical expertise includes food security, sustainable rural development, humanitarian aid, and social protection. Chiara is currently serving as Senior Program Manager for i-APS in the Middle East. In this role, she oversees operational, technical, and management aspects of work, as well as training and mentoring staff on ongoing evaluations and TPM projects with UNICEF, Decentralized Evaluations Contract with WFP and other clients and partners.
