Dr. Fatima Saad Elawad is the Operations & Logistic Manager at i-APS Sudan. Her core functions include managing security measures, planning operational strategies, implementing monitoring systems, and directing field work and operations for all projects. 

Dr. Saad is a key leader in field team development, driving the recruitment and supervision of all 18 state field coordinators and streamlining the workflow process to provide these coordinators with the tools necessary to effectively recruit, train, and manage field monitors and national experts at the state level. She excels at managing complex operational challenges, overseeing security, transportation, planning, and the 24/7 operations call center to ensure smooth and efficient operations. To maintain high performance, she delivers regular training to staff, promoting best practices in management.

Her previous experience as a Senior Sexual & Reproductive Health Officer and Health Officer at Medical Teams International equipped her with strong problem-solving and logistical skills in demanding environments. Dr. Saad holds a Bachelor's degree in Medicine & Surgery from Al Neelain University and is licensed as a Medical Doctor by the Sudan Medical Counsel.
