Dr. Jisha is the Data Analytics Unit (DAU) Manager and Technical Expert at i-APS, where she specializes in creating synergy between data units and fostering a collaborative, evidence-driven team culture. A recipient of the prestigious ICSSR Centrally Administered Doctoral Fellowship, Jisha brings a rare combination of academic depth and field-tested expertise to the international development sector. Her extensive research in cultural economics and sustainable livelihoods—published in SCOPUS and WoS-indexed journals—provides her with a nuanced understanding of the unique challenges of primary research in complex environments.

Jisha has led high-impact projects for i-APS for major international bodies, including Department of State, UNOCHA, UNDP, and UNICEF. Notably, she spearheaded assessments on behalf of i-APS for the UNDP and 18 Implementing Partner Agencies in Afghanistan. Beyond her technical rigor, Jisha is a performer and researcher in theatre and the performing arts. This creative background allows her to approach policy development with a unique level of empathy, ensuring that community development and the upliftment of people remain at the heart of every data-driven solution.
