Agron Ferati

Executive Director

Agron Ferati is the Executive Director of i-APS, where he has spent over 13 years driving the strategic growth and global scaling of the organization. A distinguished international relief and development professional with over 17 years of experience, Agron has been instrumental in transforming i-APS into a global organization that has delivered operations across 25 countries and maintains 11 legal registrations worldwide.

Agron balances his executive leadership with deep technical expertise, serving as the lead for the i-APS Institutional Strengthening practice. In this role, he has overseen more than 11 organizational capacity assessments, development programs, and training initiatives for government entities and international organizations. He also serves as a Key Technical Expert for Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) with the World Bank, UN Agencies (UNICEF, UNDP, UN OCHA, UNOPS, WFP), and Department of State (BHA), focusing on Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) and impact evaluations in challenging environments such as Iraq, Yemen, Syria, Sudan and Venezuela.

Beyond traditional consulting, Agron leads the i-APS Global Innovation and Investment Portfolio. Under his direction, the KAPtech Group was established to develop a suite of five market-ready technology products—including KAPsurvey.com and KAPorg.com—designed to modernize data collection and organizational management through proprietary SaaS solutions. A Ph.D. candidate in Economics, Agron brings a unique blend of academic rigor, financial acumen, and field-tested experience to every engagement, having led over 40 start-up, contract, and corporate merger negotiations globally.
