Agron Ferati is a highly accomplished international relief and development professional with a distinguished career spanning over 17 years. His proven track record of successfully leading large-scale programs and projects in challenging environments has solidified his reputation as a trusted leader in the field.
Agron has proven record of executing complex negotiations and managing programs in difficult operating environments such as Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Lebanon, Sierra Leone, Venezuela, Honduras and Haiti and has led over 40 start-up, contract and corporate merger negotiations. Agron has worked in or supported projects in Asia and the Middle East, Africa, Caribbean regions and Eastern Europe.
Agron's strategic acumen and financial expertise have been instrumental in securing substantial funding from USAID and USAID BHA and other international donors. His ability to build strong partnerships and navigate complex challenges has enabled him to deliver impactful results.
Holding a master's degree and pursuing a Ph.D. in economics, Agron brings a unique blend of field experience, HQ management, and academic rigor. As Executive Director of i-APS, he has played a pivotal role in expanding the organization's operations, registering 14 country legal entities, and developing 5 in-house technology products. His current responsibilities include managing international operations, contract management, and an investment portfolio focused on global technology innovation centers.
