Third-Party Monitoring LTA for UNICEF Yemen

Under a long-term agreement with UNICEF, i-APS delivers extensive Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) services across Yemen. We utilize a skilled team of Yemeni-national staff, supported by international experts, to ensure robust and effective monitoring.

i-APS has completed 18 task orders, and is currently implementing a significant TPM project for UNICEF's Yemen Emergency Human Capital Project (YEHCP), funded by the World Bank. This project aims to monitor 2,189 health facilities. i-APS maintains readiness capacity to rapidly deploy technical experts and teams, including working with over 600 data collectors (half of whom are women).

Our task orders cover key areas including education, WASH, and health, with project durations ranging from 3 months to over a year.
