Since 2022, i-APS has provided third-party monitoring of UNDP-funded activities in Syria, providing independent data and learning. By partnering with i-APS, UNDP gains the insights and support needed to make informed decisions, improve program outcomes, and create lasting positive change in Syria.
Our TPM services include evaluations of project progress, outcomes, challenges, and beneficiary satisfaction. We conduct quarterly performance assessments and provide detailed impact analyses that help improve decision-making and program effectiveness. Our expertise covers multiple sectors, such as agriculture, food security, WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene), community cohesion, gender-based violence, and social inclusion.
i-APS teams have completed TPM on over 30 projects to date.
