i-APS conducted the final performance evaluation of the USAID-funded Systems, Health, and Resiliency Project (SHARP), which targets reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health, along with nutrition. The project also addresses critical issues like COVID-19, malnutrition, and diarrhea. The evaluation focused on the success of the project, best practices, and lessons learned, while also identifying gaps in the health system and unmet needs of women and children.
Using a mixed-methods approach, the evaluation included 1,600 household surveys, 18 focus group discussions, and 54 key informant interviews across three governorates. Conducted by a team of 36 experts, this evaluation provided actionable insights to enhance health outcomes and project implementation.
