Recommendations for improving teacher wellbeing in Ninewa plains, Iraq

Crowded classrooms are not the only obstacle that teachers and lecturers face to provide quality education to children in Iraq.

We recently presented to the Iraqi Education Cluster the findings of our research on teacher wellbeing, highlighting the key role of cooperation with the community, security, and professional development to create a positive learning environment within the schools.
