Federico Mejía Molina

Operations Officer

Federico has dual degrees in Political Science and Anthropology from Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia, and diplomas in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Indicators from top institutions. He drives social impact through innovative strategies. During his career, Federico has led projects in sustainable finance, social innovation, and climate change, collaborating with key international stakeholders such as USAID, Ashoka, and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. He has designed methodologies, developed indicators, and shaped knowledge management strategies for international cooperation agencies.

As an Operations Officer at i-APS, Federico oversees operations in conflict environments such as Sudan, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. He also spearheads outreach efforts for KAPtech, advancing i-APS’s technology platforms through strategic marketing, stakeholder engagement, and targeted training initiatives to drive data-informed decision-making.
