Firass Kalash is Program Manger for i-APS programs related to Syrian Regional Crisis, currently residing in Gaziantep, Turkey. Firass is result-oriented Senior Research/ M&E/MIS management professional. With over 6 years of work experience with international organizations in development, emergency and multicultural environments. Firass has proven abilities in program planning, implementation, coordination, designing monitoring evaluation systems, capacity building, training, surveys, research, in -depth data analysis and report writing. Sound knowledge of data management systems, database designing, mobile data collection software and remote management.
Throughout his career, he has been working in manage, design, development and implementation of practical M&E systems for large programs and projects in Syria, interventions focused on relief, early recovery, stabilization, counter-extremism, democracy and governance funded by USAID and wide range of donors such as ECHO, UNHCR, OCHA, and DFID. He has also served as a consultant on various projects in Turkey, Germany, Libya and Tunisia. Firass is Arabic and Turkish native speaker and speaks English fluently.
