Donna Stefano is a senior humanitarian and development professional with over 20 years of experience working in complex operating environments throughout the Middle East, Africa and Asia, including Yemen, West Bank/Gaza, Lebanon, Jordan, Pakistan and Guinea. As i-APS Senior Manager of Governance, Conflict and Humanitarian Services, she combines her field management experience and technical skills in the areas of community development, democratic governance, conflict management, and economic development to adeptly facilitate program learning and delivery. She has worked for a variety of development actors including the United Nations, Save the Children, and Global Communities. She holds a Master’s of Public Administration in Development Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. She is fluent in French and speaks Arabic as well.
